Since 2017, Indigo Alchemy Services, LLC. has helped dozens of nonprofit organizations and social entrepreneurs transform vision into action. Our founder, P.J. Moton-Poole, LMSW, launched Indigo Alchemy in response to the shifting landscape of nonprofit funding and sustainability. With increasing demand for social impact and shrinking traditional funding pools, organizations needed to evolve.
Drawing on 16+ years of experience in HIV advocacy, public health, philanthropy, and leadership development, P.J. uses a social entrepreneurship lens to guide clients toward stronger infrastructure, creative funding strategies, and deeper community impact.
